Descripción del puesto

• Develop and optimize metal stamping processes and tooling for production
• Support the design, development, validation, and modification of stamping dies and related tooling
• Lead manufacturing activities for new product launches from tooling tryout through production readiness
• Troubleshoot stamping processes, dies, presses, and equipment to improve quality and productivity
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and support PPAP activities
• Coordinate tooling changes with suppliers, Tool Room, and cross-functional teams
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and IATF 16949 standards.
