Descripción del puesto
- Develop and optimize metal stamping processes and tooling for production
- Support the design, development, validation, and modification of stamping dies and related tooling
- Lead manufacturing activities for new product launches from tooling tryout through production readiness
- Troubleshoot stamping processes, dies, presses, and equipment to improve quality and productivity
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and support PPAP activities
- Coordinate tooling changes with suppliers, Tool Room, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and IATF 16949 standards.
Habilidades requeridas
5+ years of experience in automotive metal stamping.Knowledge of progressive and transfer diesAPQPPPAPPFMEASPCGD&Tand Lean Manufacturing.
